• •  A list of partners (individuals or organisations) that make it happen
• •  Please describe points where the project looked threatened, how was this
• overcome?
• •  What is the best story to come out of it (so far?)
• •  The impacts of the project and how you have measured them (eg how many
• people through the door and where they have come from)
• •  A budget/costs explanation
• •  Income details
• •  A list of media clips, cuttings and websites/blogs etc.
• •  Before photos and during photos
